Called me 4 times in the last hour

They made it seem like they are from a loan company. They made me give 200 for insurance and told me that I will be getting that money back with the loan. I received nothing and they have my bank info what should I do?

5 calls in one afternoon and nothing

These folks call my mom's number repeatedly. Never leave message. When call back it's no one sounds American. I asked what company lady said loan place in seattle washington. I asked to be removed from list and added to "Don't Call" list and she hung up. Called back twice and got hung up on repeatedly.
