received calls from telemarketer but no one would speak when I said hello. Tried to call number back several times to tell them not to call my number but verizon message always says the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service even thought I had just received calls from that number within 1 minute of call the number back.

This number showed up on my home phone and cell phone caller ID. When I called back I got a message that this number is disconnected. This is very annoying!!
