seems to be a scam trying to get PII. This type of call should be prosecuted

I am getting harassing phone calls at work and on my cell phone. I have asked for information regarding their claim but they refuse to send it to me.

I filed a complaint on 1-30-13 also blocked number but somehow they got through, so will block it again. His name is James Philips @ 347-347-1122 or 347-394-2971. There was so much noise in the backround could hardly hear plus heavy accent so couldn't understand him. He says he has legal case against her, and for her to call ASAP. WHAT A SCAM.

Called asking for a person who does not have this number and he immediately started to make obscene nasty sexual comments. He had a heavy Middle Eastern accent. NASTY- how do I report it to the FTC??

This person called my job and cussed at my boss. Said his name was Matt and was calling from a company called PCS. Now they are calling me at my home number and harrassing me.

Calling an elementary school and cursing at employess.

Same person with a thick accent (I can't place the accent, but Indian or Indonesian sounds right) calling himself "James Smith" with "PCS" has called twice from this number to my office asking to speak to one of our sales agents (they're independent and don't work out of the home office). When I told him today that calling our home office wasn't a valid way to reach the individual, he began repeatedly yelling "F*** OFF" at me, eventually started yelling "F*** YOU" over and over when I told him the call was being recorded.

CALLED MY CELL PHONE TODAY SAID HIS NAME WAS "JAMES SIMMONS" AND THAT A LAWSUIT WAS BEING PLACED AGAINST MY SS# BECAUSE OF A LOAN I SUPPOSEDLY TAKEN OUT. THIS GUY HAD A VERY HEAVY INDONESIAN ACCENT AND STATED THAT HE WAS WITH A COMPANY CALLED "PCS" DIDN'T SAY WHAT THAT STOOD FOR, WHEN HE SAW THAT HE WASN'T GETTING ANYWHERE WITH ME HE TRANFERED ME TO ANOTHER GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HIS SUPERVISOR HE THEN ASKED FOR MY NAME AND I REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HIM CAUSE AFTER ALL THEY CALLED ME SO THEY SHOULD KNOW WHO THEY WERE TALKING TO. LONG STORY SHORT, I TOLD HIM THAT THIS WAS NOTHING BUT A SCAM HE GOT TOTALLY UPSET AND BEGAN TO CALL ME ALL KINDS OF WHORES, B@#%&'S, A MOTHER "F", AND HOW HE WANTED TO "F" ME REAL HARD IN THE A@#. THE CALL LUCKLY DROPPED BUT HE CALLED ME BACK IN APPROX. 3 MIN., I BUT HIM ON SPEAKER THIS TIME SO MY HUSBAND COULD HEAR HIM AND SURELY ENOUGH WHEN I ANSWERED HE STARTED RIGHT UP AGAIN WITH THE SAME KIND OF NASTY AND OBSCENE TALK. MY HUSBAND GOT MY CELL AND STARTED TALKING TO HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE CALLING THE POLICE AND HAVE THE NUMBER TRACED AND HE HUNG UP. SOMETHING HAS AND SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE DONE BOUT THESE PEOPLE.

They claim I owe money to some bogus payday loan company that I don't! THey call me at work despite being told over and over not too, my IT company has to block the numbers and yet they still call and tie up our lines...we are a entity of the hospital! Peoples lives can be affected! They call my cell non stop. Claim they are George Martin, Steven Johnson despite definitely being foreign descent. Have cursed, talked sexual and threatened me, my family and my co-workers. FTC has done nothing and am talking to the state police now.

This is a scam trying to verify your full SS# while telling you there are criminal charges associated with the last four of your SS#. Claim to be from a Credit Agency's Legal Dept. This man was obviously from India or similar. Kept calling me back multiple multiple times. I finally just yelled at him that I Know You're A Scam and he hasn't called back. I hope no one is out there who will verify their last 4 SS No. Too many scammers!!
