The caller left a voicemail on my pre-paid cell phone identifying himself as" Officer John Williams" implied that I was in legal trouble and told me "he wished me good luck as this situation unfolded on me" if I didn't return his call. When I called him back initially--he did reveal to me that he had my social security number and again identified himself as "officer John Williams from the financial crime division." When I pressed him to identify his credentials he hung up on me. I called back, and I informed him that it is a crime to impersonate a police officer and he told me to "suck his (expletive)." I hung up on him and he called me back..when I answered the phone, I informed him that I have him on recorded voicemail illegally identifying himself as an "officer" he told me I "could take that voicemail and that threat and wrap it around my candy (expletive)."
