these people keep calling me harrassing me with this number and another number from florida... I dont know how to get them to stop. They want all my personal info and credit card info but won't say who they are with or their names.... BS

They have threated me and verbally and physically.

Called and said I owed a debt from 7 years ago wanted me to send money right then. No proof of what they were saying or who they were.

They claim that they are "Pre-trial Processing". They called yesterday and today. I called back both days and told them that they had the wrong person. They rude "woman" told me to "get a life". I am also on the national do not call list.

Called me looking for someone else at 9:54 am . Said that they were going to sue this other person. This is so wrong on so many levels. They really need to be stopped!

A man by the name of (sounded like) "Naomfrava" called my friend who is in a nursing home with a threatening voice. Told him he was with the Social Security Administration, (next said he was with the Internal Revenue), that fraud had been committed, gave him a case nuimber, said there would be a court date and he would go to jail. Now what kind of criminal scammer would do this to a 90 year old person in a nursing home???? As this persons friend, I am calling the IRS and the Social Security Administration to Report this as well as the Police Department to see if they can't do something. There are no debts or fraudulent actions done by this person.

Stated Falsely they had papers to serve and represented them selves as if they were Orange County Clerk of the Courts. Very rude - would not tell me what the call was about unless i gave out my social security information.

very threatening calls telling me they will come to my work with legal papers.whn i call they tell me to give them a credit card and they will drop it.not sure what they are talking about i pay my bills

I keep getting calls from this number telling me I owe money. I know I owe money to certain organizations but everything I owe is being paid on. I haven't a clue to whom this is?

These people called me for a Francis Givens one day saying she had a case filed, warrant was filed against her and she would be served at her place of employment or her home if she didn't call back to settle out of court....I called back a few times and finally got a person to remove my number as i don't know a Francis Givens. This week, i had the same type of message left once again but now they were using MY NAME! Tried to call back a few times but no one answers. No company name left, no company left on voicemail. They left a message threatening legal action. I thought according to the FDCPA this was illegal !!!
